Welcome to the first issue of our newly-launched Dispatch newsletter!  We hope this message finds you keeping warm from the blistery winter weather.  If the cold is getting to you, don’t fret, in a few short weeks the weather will change and spring will be here!  That being the case, we decided to dedicate our first newsletter of the year to showing you how change can be effective for any of your marketing materials, and specifically how our clients are benefiting from changing their digital communications.  Now grab your proverbial mop and broomstick and get ready to do some spring cleaning with us.

Recently, we serviced a client who was seeking to update their website, with some trendy  ipod generation graphics (often referred to as silhouettes), to reflect today’s futuristic trend in web design. Out is the boring, flat, and pixilated one-color logo, and in is the  multidimensional and higher resolution logo. Overall, this website’s now officially bringing sexy back.

Another Transmyt client came to us for help to setup a community based website or Web 2.0 site. We did so utilizing the integration of website photo galleries, message boards, and blogs for online community building, user driven content, and customer retention. Coupled with this, we added some swanky e-mail address capture forms for new website visitors to join the community, and our client can also use this email information for future marketing purposes.

Keep in mind that websites are usually the first glimpse people get of your company, and as you know, first impressions are everything.  So, don’t be afraid to dazzle your audience with a little change!  As people, we are highly visual, and the more stimulation the better! So clean up the dust and cobwebs your website has been collecting and give it a much needed makeover.

SPRING SUMMER INTERNSHIPS 2007
Transmyt Marketing & Creative Services has an open invitation to all Graphic, Digital and Interactive Media Design Students interested in internship opportunities. You will work under the direct supervision of an art director on "real" accounts. You will work on both individual and team projects and learn about how to design for commercial application with deadlines. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed, wear jeans to work, bring your ipod with you. The hours are flexible to accommodate your course schedule. If you are serious about design and want to experience a fun atmosphere where you will learn a lot, then this is the place for you.

Graphic Designers,
Please have knowledge of the following basic design programs: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign or Quark.


Interactive and Media Designers:
Please have knowledge of basic programs such as PhotoShop, and Dreamweaver. Flash Animation knowledge is a big plus but not required
