Dispatch Updates - August 2007  Design Credit     Artwork By Jocelyn Leveille   A recent graduate from The New England Institute of Art, in 2007, Jocelyn has earned a Bachelor's degree in interactive media design. The work of this talented designer can be seen in our emerging designers program and on our new website directly. Jocelyn used his sharp talents to design the flash header banners of each page as well as our opening website introduction.
